Focsa services (UK) Ltd started a new contract with Herefordshire Council on 2^nd November 2009 after re-tendering for the contract we previously had for 9 years. Part of the new service was to get all brochures / Calendars / stickers / leaflets done by the contractor.

I scoured through the internet to find someone who could take this on as we had no idea when it comes to printing etc. I found Mike Spencer online who was close to our area and could pop up at a minutes’ notice and look at our requirements. He then went away and in a short time came back with the cheapest prices. Knowing our deadlines, Mike did not disappoint, he pulled out all the stops and ensured delivery was on time and kept with it till we were totally happy and received all the goods.
